Chemaxia, Concentrol is the new partner for the polyurethane industry

Last 16Th of June at the Sporting Club of Milano2, Chemaxia organized an event with its customers to introduce the new partnership with Concentrol, an international chemical company based in Girona, Spain. Concentrol is a company with a 75-year track record in the chemical sector. The mould release division manufactures of course mainly polyurethane release agents and polyurethane foam stabilisers and also some ancillary products. Concentrol is already one of the exclusive group of leaders providing solutions to a wide variety of industrial sectors operating on all five continents and is working on a day-to basis to achieve greater market shares. The event drew the attention of not only the well-known and widespread international technical magazine in the polyurethane sector “Urethane Technology UK”, which send the journalist Miss Jane Danny, as well “Pitture e Vernici European Coatings magazine, always concerned to Company's developments. The local Authority, which is highly engaged and concerned with the companies events in this area attended the event too, and was represented by the Member of the Council Viviana Mazzei. At her speech, Ms. Mazzei praised all those who work relying on their own strength. The audience highly appreciated her speech and clapped their hands spontaneously at the end of it. In a really delightful atmosphere, the session was opened by Fulvio Pagnozzi who  stated: “We are glad to introduce to you our new partner with whom we have recently started a new cooperative activity for the Italian market”. The original role of Chemaxia has been Distributor/Sales Agent. For its founders, the most important company’s objective has been since the very beginning not only the commercialization of products, but also the values of transparency, loyalty and reliability towards Principals and Customers". Chemaxia, which has just moved to the new wider of ownership site, looks at other distributors as reference benchmarks and many of them attended the meeting. These distributors work on the Italian market pursuing the same principles and the same professional philosophy. Part of Chemaxia philosophy is based on the principle that the more information are  provided to its customers thanks to these meetings, the better the quality of the activity targeted to them”. This was the fourth meeting of a series of meeting during the last two years and Chemaxia will be attending the Ramspec event in Milano, next 12th-13th October. Chemaxia is a company which distributes chemical products and raw materials for the coatings and polyurethane sector, but also for plastic materials and leathers. Founded in 2010, although actually working since 2013, every year receives increasingly positive feedback on the market, also due to its expert technicians team, always concerned with the formulation problems tackled by their customers. Fulvio Pagnozzi seemed rather pleased also with the outcomes of current 2016: “In the month of May we exceeded 70% of last year turnover, therefore the expected growth rate has been confirmed, like in these last years”. Mr. Ricardo Afonso from Concentrol, Area manager for the release agents for polyurethane foam market, presented the company and some of its core products. “The release agents stand for a very important part and Concentrol is able to  manufacture various product range, both “tailor made” according to the customers’ needs and traditional solvent and water based release agents . The key and most important aspect for Concentrol having the proper technical expertise to offer the adequate release agent and formulate it according to the customer’s requirements. Concentrol release agents for polyurethane foams are used in different industrial sectors such as automotive, furniture, and polyurethane primers, among many others.” Italy is for us an important market and not only because it is near Spain. We are growing not only in Europe, but also in USA, Africa and China. Despite some excellent competitors on the Italian market, thanks to the experience and working strategies with Chemaxia as a partner, we think that we shall be able to obtain good results in an average lapse of time. To reach this goal, Concentrol is going to provide to Chemaxia total support.” Dr. Josep Nadal introduced then the silicone stabilizers, which are manufactured to adjust the  distribution of cells in the polyurethane foams and help in the stabilization of the foaming process. Concentrol tries to develop products which can reduce the release of VOC in the atmosphere and in his highly technical presentation, he introduced to the participants the different types of products for various formulations and for all polyurethane applications (moulded, rigid and conventional flexible foams). At the end of the day, Mr Franco Franzetti, CEO and Chemaxia partner, seemed very happy with the company business trend which, despite the very young age, obtains every year good results together with asteady growth rate on the market. This is clearly shown also by the year 2016. He also announced the new distribution activity for the coating and partly polyurethane sectors with a company of Bayer origin. Mr. Franzetti underlined that success comes from personal investments and  commitment, built up step by step with strength, which is different from an inherited ones and from others.
