Chemaxia Srl was founded in the second half of 2006 as Distributor and Agent for the plastic materials sector.
It is a “Family-owned Company” and in the month of September 2011, the shareholder took over the current assets increasing the financial capabilities which have become suitable to keep up carefully with its own commitment.
The internal structure has been strengthened although it is still streamlined and flexible.
Due to its own technical and marketing expertise as well as to the widespread market activity and to the well-known company’s operators and employees, representing its main resourses, Chemaxia has focused primarily on the coating products, printing inks, leather refinish sectors, building up its “core business” with the distribution of special additives, complemented with the company’s own package.
The sales capacity for these additives is moderate, but it is based on a very high technical content, and most of them can be classified into the “problem solving” group, thus involving medium-high launching time. Anyway once they have been approved, they become products featuring a long lasting life on the market.
Since 2010, Chemaxia has acquired more than twelve agencies and others are in due course thanks to contract agreements with international joint-ventures.
The fundamental and unavoidable principles pursued by Chemaxia’s staff are the reliability and the fairness shared by its member, loyalty with the partners and the compliance with the law as far as the agreements with the represented companies, customers, authorities and official agencies are concerned.
The company relies on a qualified and certified forwarding agent with adequate warehouses complying with the law, and it supplies products in original packages of certified provenance as it worksas a distributor and not as a trader.
The company considers its direct or indirect collaboratorsas the main company’s resource, respecting them and carefully taking care of their training and professional development as well as of their safety, providing them with all suitable means to carry out successfully their activities.
Chemaxia’s staff works according to ethical rules, which have been worked out together,since a good job is done only if everybody shares the same strategy in view of long lasting achievements.
Chemaxia has been investing whatever is required in both the constant upgrading of the REACH compliance procedure and conformity to the CLP rules. It hasalso planned to obtain the quality certification according to the ISO 9001 rules, which have been already set autonomously and automatically further to the professional experience achieved through certified companies.
Chemaxia’s objective is the growth complying with ethical rules, in a harmonious and proper way, not so much in terms of ambitious and less interesting volumes, but keeping on working in those sectors which they know very well, with special products. In fact, their technical expertise would allow them to introduce these products at best.

INTRODUCTION
The share holders of Chemaxia S.r.l. believe that the responsibilities which the Company assumes cannot be regulated only by laws, by and even if new stringent standards and by the individual conscience, but also by an Ethic Code of the Company.
They believe, therefore, it is right to behave according to one’s own principles of ethics and to their personal commitment, stating them in a document which reports its guidelines.
Correctness, respect, trasparency and honesty are the fundamentals chosen for the Ethic Code text which is the guideline and has to protect our successful status and inform all parties who could come in contact with Chemaxia, allowing them to verify possible contradictions with the code itself.
Our Ethic Code points out the most important principles of our company, highlighting the values to be pursued among the partner owners, leading their working relashionship with suppliers, collaborators and with all the persons and agencies which the companies which come in contact with.
We are sure that an Ethic Code being shared and acquainted with, represents a connecting factor, making everyone aware and concerned with one’s own responsibilities.
Our Code will be acquainted by all concerned parties and it will be signed as it will be shared by those who work in the name and on behalf of Chemaxia s.r.l.
